Cultural error

I want to talk about my region, Catalonia and the errors that exists in Victoria about the catalan poblation.
For example, the province of Lerida (correctly Lleida) in Victoria the poblation is 100% spanish. Fatal error. I can't said the %, but most of the people was (and are) catalan. NEVER 100% spanish. The same with Perpignan, a France province. A little % was catalan. (Perpignan was a catalonian province in the past) and actually, some people speaks catalan (with french accent)

2. Its not a fatal error
3. My beta copy (and I don't think its changed from 1.02) has 69% Catalan in lerida.
4. I can't see a Perpignan province

2.Belive me, I live here, and if you talk with a leridan people and say that the 100% of the leridan people was spanish they will have a heartbreak.
3.I don't have the beta version. I'm playing with 1.02
4.I was at my job when I writed the post. Without Victoria. I wrote Perpignan b'cause i thought that was the name of the province. Anyway, the first french province upper Gerona (Girona)

2. Its not a fatal error

In the latest political eleccions here (November of 2003) the results in Lerida (correctly Lleida) were:

Catalan Parties: 61.40%
Spanish Party: 9.60%
Neutral Party: 22.4%

If still it thinks that it is not a great error.... I am safe that at the time of the Victory % were higher than now
