Hi guys,

Anyone figured if this law isn't working at all, or if there are some hidden triggers ? Because I get the +2 per Grand Theater present in city, but not this +3 nationwide. This seemed to me like a really OP law early game so I rushed it, and it doesn't seem to work.

The law works, it’s just a UI bug.

I compared the assimilation speed of a given pop before and after adopting the law but you can also use maths:

The assimilation speed represents the percentage of assimilation gained each month so 2.35 = (0.6 + 2 + 3) * (1 - 0.10 - 0.15 - 0.33)

3 being the bonus assimilation speed given by the law.
