When using the Build Division command in making an event, is it possible to assign culture to the unit about to begin building in the event? Or are they automatically assigned your national culture?

Also, is it possible to expand the mobilization pool after the game has begun, or can you only assign units to the mob pool in the .inc files?

Expanding the mob pool is pretty simple. Forty small arms, forty canned food. Some policies require your standing army be in proportion to your mob pool, and it has a cap based on population, as well.

Lloyien, I guess I did not make myself clear and for that I apologise, but I was referring to expanding the mob pool through events. :)

There's no way to select a culture in add_division or build_division; they will always be your primary culture. You could possibly work around this by using add_countryculture and remove_countryculture to temporarily change the primary culture. Another limitation is that they will always be regular quality; you can't create native, colonial, or reserve divisions by event. I also don't know of any way to change the mob pool by event. The closest you could get would be to give the resources needed to expand the pool.
