The question mark in the lower right corner brings up a browser with the Stellaris wiki. this is a very neat idea, but the browser is missing a critical function: a "Find on Page" search. Many of the wiki's pages are quite long, and there is no easy way to jump to the specific bit you need. Try looking up what you need for the Psionics tech with the in game browser.
