CTDs

I don't know should this really go here, but I bought a new PC, installed the patch, the latest beta plus the minifix and it CTDs like hell.

Basically it's 10minutes of game per a CTD per average.
It freezes on a black screen and WinXP says that it has encountered an error in it's work and need to close.

Probably this is some kind of incompatibilty problem so I wonder is there already a way to fix it.

EDIT: It's not the latest I hadn't noticed dec8 is here, I will try and come back if the problem persists.
