Hello all. I have a great game going in DD 1.3a, unmodded. I'm Germany and every time I try to annex Republican Spain, the game crashes to desktop. It's January 1940 in my game, and Rep. Spain joined the allies when I DOW'd them in December '39. Rep. Spain beat the Nationalists in the Civil War in '37/'38.
I even tried editing the savegame to delete all Rep. Spain military units, thinking that maybe that was it. Nope.
I've been playing HoI2 and now DD off and on for 3 years now, and have never had any problems like this before. I really don't want to have to start over, as I've already spent a lot of time on this game. Please help!
