Have you tried reproducing the crash using 2.2.0.3? I can't reproduce the crash using mac and clicking both tribal provinces that I can and can't build holdings in.

I made a report on it a while back for the devs, but they couldn't reproduce it so I bumped it again because I do have all the information and repro steps needed, and this really should have been fixed since forever. Thanks for holding in there though everyone.
