CTD when adding a new holding to tribal land

So I took over a tribal land apparently, and the option to add a new holding is available, but all it does is crash the game. Not sure what the intended interaction is, whether I should be able to add holdings to tribal land as a pagan or if that button should be greyed out or something.

PS. playing on ubuntu linux through steam.

If you're not on the 2.2.1.1 beta then try that; if it still happens, please post in Bug reports with a save game showing the problem. Thanks.
