I'm running the open beta (V2.2.1.1, SPSR)

When I press the "resign" button for a general leading an army, I get an immediate CTD, with the generic "CK2.exe has stopped working" message.

It never happened before the latest update (the way of life one I think?), it happens regardless of whether I am at war or peace, which wing of the army doesn't make a difference, and no difference between levies and retinues. I can change the leader, but can't resign them, so I am stuck just putting my most useless courtier in the general role and forgetting about him.

Can provide more detail if needed.

The Way of Life patch (2.3) is not out yet, 2.2.1.1 is the beta fix for the Charlemagne patch series.

I see a number of reports of this in Bug Reports, so I'd track the issue over there.

Same problem for me. Im using Win7, beta 2.2.1.1, playing republic of Venice.

I cant resign 2 diferent leaders, one is a patrician that left my court after trying to imprision him, for some reason he left the court and the rule of his family but not the lead of the army. The other one I think is the patrician who inherited the rule of this family.

I have the savegame if needed.
