CTD problem with no answer

I've had the darnedest problem, I've been trying to keep a tight lid on the mod I've been creating privately, but this problem has me stumped. I've come so far, I suppose I'm stubborn, but I really have no desire to start from scratch just because I can't get into my own scenario.

If anyone wants to help, I'll be more then happy to send the files. But, I really, really, really want to not have to start over, it would be a painstaking process to get it back to where it is now.

Like I said, I'll be more then happy to provide anyone with anything they need to help me, including all I know of what I may of did, but, I really have no idea what I did wrong or what to change, I'm stuck.

Please help, please, please help!

As a general rule, the modders around these parts are glad to assist if you PM them. Lothos, HMS Enterprize, and probably a half-dozen more I've forgotten have been very helpful to me just by asking.

Not sure if anyone specializes in that (since a lot of things can cause it), but feel free to start with me if you like.
