CTD Improvement

Since I changed my graphics card I have not had a single CTD (Crash To Desktop).

I used to use an ATI 32MB 3D Rage Pro and I'm now using an Nvidea GeForce FX 5200 Ultra.

While HOI does not contain intensive 3D graphics or Open GL, the new card has made a vast improvement (and I have tested it using the fastest game speed with huge battles, weather map etc.)

hmm I have not had a CTD since 1.04. dont know how the card I have (radeon 9000) effects that as its always been that card. I think it was more of a stability of the game issue than card issue.
