CTD During Launch unless mods disabled

EU4 launches and loads fine when all mods are disabled, and if I enable mods, it will launch 100% fine one time. After that, however, it seems that I have to launch the game with no mods at least once, or else it will CTD during launch. I have launched EU4 with the same modset enabled and had it both launch successfully and crash.

I'm running 64-bit Windows 10, and have attached all the files in one of the crash folders.

Have these mods been updated to work properly with 1.29 yet?

I'm not sure, as the launcher, as far as I know, no longer has a way to tell you if the mods are outdated, and I haven't gone through each mod page individually to check.

The new launcher distributed last night does now tell you about mod compatibility, I believe.
