I have a save from a Republic game where, after unpause it, the game will crash after a few seconds. I've had this happen before and I ended up having to go back to an older save, but this time I figured I may as well report it.
I've uploaded the save here: http://www.mediafire.com/download/i2nff8x65i5dc00/Start.7z
My game version is 1.102 (UPXG) and has all the expansion DLCs upto Old Gods (there are 5 DLC icons in the country selection screen).
The situation that led up to the save corruption was my current character, the Doge, dying and my heir becoming the new Doge. I saved at that point and shut down the game for that session. The next day I loaded up that save, did a lot of stuff while paused to get the new Doge's affairs in order, made a new save, unpaused and the game crashed. Reloading that save and unpausing does the same.
The previous save that was made soon after the old Doge died still works. I figure if I let that run for a bit before pausing and doing all the stuff again, that would probably work.
Any help would be appreciated to avoid this happening again.
