csv editor

Hi to everybody. This is my first post here.
I would edit the .csv file with the names of units (config.csv), but when I try to do it whit excel or openoffice the file result corrupted and the game doesn't start. Can you say me what can I use to do it?

Office programs add quotes to the fields (if the field says Littorio in txt editor it will actually read "Littorio"). What you can do is edit it in office and then go to a text editor and remove all quotes (replace " with nothing).
