CSA Civil War Victory Conditions

Following the guide from VickyWiki to winning the Civil War as the CSA I have taken Washington and Philadelphia and made an incursion into Kentucky. It is now January 1863.

How long before the victory event fires? I control all my starting provinces, except Oklahoma & Texas which have been overrun. I hold the US provinces of Philadelphia, Washington & Bowling Green as well.

what version are you playing? Revolutions? Victoria 1.4, Victoria 1.03, Victoria 1.00?

IIRC the version on Vickywiki is for Victoria 1.03.

Some events have been changed since, not sure if that was one of them, but it would help to know if you are playing Revolutions or one of the pre-Revolutions versions.

And if you are playing with a user-made mod like VIP, then all bets are off, as VIP does a whole lot of different things with the US Civil War not included in unmodded versions of Victoria.

You can't have more than 5% of your owned provinces controlled by foreigners, and you must control Washington, Philadelphia, New Orleans, Richmond, Charleston and Montgomery. Even after that it is down to the USA if they seek to make peace with you. Also, it can fire between 1855 and 1885 and will check for the trigger conditions every 30 days.
