Crusades, who else is fighting?

Is there a way to see if anyone else joined the crusades? I joined and found my 3k troops sitting alone facing 10k.

You should get messages stating who has joined in. I've not tried to change those to big event like messages, because that can get spammed quickly.

Can you click on the province the Pope declared under attack and see who it is at war with? It should also tell you why each person is at war in the tool tip if you hover over it.

Well I didn't change any message settings yet, and when I look at Jaffa I'm the only one at war. Guess I went on my own.
