Crusades in Demo

Yep, I got one. I don't know if theres anything you can do to encourage them, but they certainly happen.
Honestly, they arent much different than in CK1. I wouldn't call them particularly awesome, just a holy war thats likely to get multiple christian realms joining in with some rewarding effects from the papacy. Hopefully they will be expanded in the future to give them some more flavor.
I read events files crusades get crazy event involing holy grail and the spear of destiny. So did any get thought on there crusades? Any did any one run Holy Order.
I feel crusader should get benfit that being being crusader legaly had. For any loan take out did not to have pay interest and at pay at all untill come home, if in jail or death and take vow of crusader they have let you out and go fight. And property and family can't not be mess with least legaly.

Well I know there's plenty of events tied into the crusades and crusading.. but we're most unlikely to see them in the demo since it ends at 1086.. without this "mod" of course.
But with the timeline extension, we might not see any crusades if they're coded to only fire after 1085. Just another reason to buy the full game.
Yepp, I preordered almost a month ago. And I played the demo to death. Im really looking forwards to this, I've finally settled on establishing my Habsburg Dynasty in Egypt
You need to get the Crusader Trait, which I believe is only possible by going to the De Jure Ducal area of the crusading target.
Crusade for Jerusalem? Need to be somewhere in that duchy.
Or, that's what I've seen, before that they still get angry although your bishops get a nice "He's crusading' bonus modifier to relations.
