Uh? Where did they banning the term Sudetenland? They use the term "Anschluss" which is, for me, worse than Sudetenland. Sudetenland is just a term for the German inhapited areas in the Czechia at this time.

And the usage of Swastikas isn't disallowed in any usage here in Germany. You can use them in Art, History etc. It's only not cleare if video games count as art in this sense.

I just know in some Eastern Europe countries the usage of Hammer and sickle is forbitten.

Problem is, the Bible is not a history book.
I agree that Abraham is to be connected mostly with Judaism. But he is also connected with Islam and Christianity. That's a perfect reason to improve those religions.

History books are about as official in terms of history as the bible given the amount of tampering with history for the sake of the prevailing political climate that occurs.

Such a toleration mechanic could actually be a nice alternative to painting the map with your religion or you culture. I like it.

The good thing about a more fleshed out tolerance/intolerance mechanic is that it also allows us to have religious expulsions and pogroms without specifically tying it to one group, ie have it in a more generic way rather than have it linked to the Jews wich would be difficult to do not only sensitively but also have it balanced.

Of course, if you have any knowledge of ancient and pre-Hellenic Greece, ancient Egypt, etc., that you take as fact, you're guilty of a bias towards manuscripts that show an astronomically larger rate of entropy than any part of the Bible, including those that are of a much older age, as calculated from manuscripts written thousands of years apart.

No, but it should be obvious that a nation which has committed atrocities in the past which chooses to whitewash those atrocities is engaging in fantasy. And such history books exist in real life.

Yes, winners write the history....Winners are always the good guys.
Both sides commit atrocities in a war, but only the loser will be blamed. Sadly, it's not limited to Middle Ages....It is present even today.
Sorry for going off-topic. Point is that history books cannot always be trusted. Story books even less.

I'd say arguing the merits of the Bible is pretty off-topic. Don't see it coming up in many discussions on bishoprics...

I never say there were no pogroms in Germany... I just say they were from the population and not from the high nobility. The same with your exemples. Yes there were many pogroms, but I don't say anything different. I just said the most pogroms are from the population. You see the difference?

For exemple in the Rintfleisch massacres were the leader Rintfleisch was banned or executed by order of the German King. This game is about the higher nobility. So what would pogroms add to the game?
