i think some trait should change AI action

EX: Ambitious character should keep grow his country , more Aggression

all AI just don't do anything when late game , they just keep their de jure land then waiting for death

it's too bored and not realistic

The Zoroastrian have been spread out to where they historically were in the new parts of the map, but I don't see any new direct playable characters I am afraid.

:(

Would be nice to have one more somewhere, even a Manichean near Tarim Basin, for flavors sake (even if in AI hands he would rapidly be unlanded or converted). Afghanistan could quite realistically have a Zoroastrian vassal under Shahi's I would say. So please reconsider adding someone, somewhere.

More questions:

- Aside from Socotra, are there any other playable Nestorians in "Old Gods" start.

- Are there any playable Nestorians in 1066 start?

- Are there any playable Zoroastrians in India at 1066 start?

- Are you fixing Zoroastrian holy war icon?

- Is there going to be Messalian heresy in the game at some stage? (Edit: Duh, only now saw it in patches)

- Have you added any new titular titles to game?

- Why no Kara-Khitai?

Are Tengry, Hindu, Jain and Budhist Holy Order Units inculuded in Turkish unit pack and Rajas of India? Or is there a plan for Eastern Holy Order unit pack that also inculude Ibadi and Nestoran?

Do Turkish portrait pack have pagan/non-pagan separation like Norse portrait pack?

Rajas of India includes new Indian unit models, but no specific holy order models. The same applies for the Turkish unit pack, no specific holy order models.

There is no pagan/non-pagan separation in neither the Indian portraits (included in the expansion), nor with the Turkish portraits.

But you have to own the Rajas of India to have them, right?

After SOA, all religions got at least one holy order. Does the inclusion of the indian holy orders mean they too get at least one each? And do they get any special sprites in the DLC/patch?

Yes, they get one each. No, they don't get special sprites in the DLC or patch.

Which branch of Christianity is Nestorianism modelled on? In terms of game mechanics.

It's similar to Orthodox.

Will RoI add any new pre-1066 dates?

No. But you can play in India at the earliest Old Gods start date of 867 if you also have that DLC.

Are there other DLC-exclusive features besides playable Hindus/Buddhists/Jains and portraits?

Lots of new events and decisions related to India are DLC-exclusive.

Can an army have different special units in it? Can I have both elephants and horse archers for example?

Yes.

So.... I really, really want to play as Castile/Spain in a converted game with randomized Americas. To which dark got do I need to make continuous human sacrifices to make it possible?

Does the chance it such event triggering increases or decreases if I use PDS developers?

No need to sacrifice, you can already do this :) But you need to disable the Sunset Invasion DLC if you want to use the "random new world" option when converting your saved game to EU4.

Will the Sultanate of Delhi(k_Delhi?) be a de jure realm held by a Hindu Raja character at the start, or a titular realm for Muslim Indian rulers?

There is a de jure Kingdom of Delhi. It will be available at game start if you choose a later date (it was historically established in the early 13th century).

- Cathar women can now have the same career ambitions as men
- Cathar vassals no longer have negative opinions for liege or liege's heir being female
Is this done via religion = cathar, or something more like religion = { is_feminist = yes } since we have the new flag?

The first one is done by checking if the religion is cathar. The second one is done through the is_feminist flag in the religions file.

Do the new camel cavalry have camel models?

Yes.

Can we have some screenshots of the new Indian portraits? The ones that we're leaked didn't show that much variation.

More screenshots including portraits coming very soon. Watch the forums and the facebook page.

But you have to own the Rajas of India to have them, right?

You need to own Rajas of India to get the new Indian unit models and portraits, yes. Everyone will, however, get a free complimentary gratis War Elephant.

This is a bit of a departure from how we usually do things, with separate cosmetic DLCs and all, but we figured that with the scope of Rajas we might as well do things a bit differently.

So 8 pages and no answer to my question so I'll repeat it.

Has there been added any sort of failsafe or backup-save system to the Ironman mode? Since this is a game that takes over 100hours to go from 800-1400th, and there is no backup, I would like to know. Since me and others have had their ironman games ruined at 300 years into the game which fucking sucks to be frank.

Seriously 1 save system is pretty bad. And yes I know there's a semi-extra but even when I sent it to your tech help the problem was still prevalent and they told me the game save was ruined.

i repeat an earlier question of mine, which might have been missed as it didn't look like a question, more a statement - sorry for that…
here it goes…

you state that you have strengthened the adventures - how have you strengthened them? Morale boost, more armies, better armies, better commanders? And most importantly, why have you felt the urge to strengthen them, or said differently, why did you think they were weak as they were? Like, do you wish to see more adventure-kingdoms form or?

Thanks...

- Will now keep attrition-free event troops mostly consolidated instead of spreading them out.

I don't like this at all, it's already annoying to deal with doomstack attritionless troops. There shouldn't be any attritionless troops at all.

As some one who is quite computer ignorant i would just like to know if you will still be able to edit save games if using this option?

Yeah, you'll have to open the save with a zip software and extract the actual save data, then you can edit at will. Don't even have to put the new data into the archive to be able to load it.

Any plans in future patches to fix some of the issues left over from Sons of Abraham? In particular the big ones, like claimants in holy orders sometimes having their claims pushed or going adventuring, or holy orders being horrendously overpowered if Crusades get called early.

Not that I want to sound ungrateful :p I was sceptical about RoI to begin with but after all I've heard from the dev diaries and this thread, I'm really looking forward to it.
