As king of England and Wales, I just formed the kindom of Ireland. To my surprise however I do not get any dejure claims on the remaining 5 provinces. Do you only get these for the primary title? That would be a bit weird since it would just require a main title swap...

No, as far as I know you should have claims on all of Ireland if you hold the Kingdom.

You might want to take a look at the de jure map. Maybe those counties have de jure drifted into the Kingdom of Scotland, for example.

Two questions:

Does the AI use the monarch points to upgrade tech?

Can a county de jure drift into another de jure duchy?

as far as i know and can tell, the AI DOES use its tech points. however, theyre MUCH worse than the player at it, and generally have lower stats, so their tech wont grow nearly as fast, and in sometimes useless techs.

counties cannot in any way leave their de jure duchy through game mechanics.

When I clicked the dukes and counts themselves I had dejure claims, the rose in the topscreen just never appeared that normally notifies you of this. Funny thing was that when I made some of the duchies, it did. Is that a bug or WAD and kings just don't see it uptop?

It notifies you about Ducal claims. It does not notify about Imperial or Kingdom claims. You'll have to keep track of those yourself.

I don't know if it's a bug or oversight, but it's just the way it is as long as I can remember.

So, duchyes are the lowest rank of titles that can de jure drift?

Yes.

Back in older versions (like 1.06 or thereabouts) de jure claims were only ducal level; there were no such things as Kingdom-level de jure claims. Perhaps when that was changed the notification was never changed to match.

Legacy of Rome, for retinues and mending the Schism. The song DLC that could be heard would be Hymns of Abraham and Songs of Faith.

The Russian cosmetic packs were changed not to affect the Bulgarians a very long time ago (probably 2012). The store pages were never updated, though. I'd hope Paradox are aware of this, since it's been mentioned half a dozen times in Bug Reports/Tech Support.

Have the missing buddhist holy war texts (casus belli description in "declare war" menus) already been reported?
The description only shows placeholder text (something like "buddhist_holy_war_desc").

Hello Lords and Kings!

So I am the new guy in CKII universe. Huraaay! Actually saw quite a lot tutorial videos so I believe I am capable of basics playing. So no worries, hope no dumb questions :)

I played few houres now with Bohemia Kingdom (part of Holy Roman Empire) and succefully conqured by the army Hungary Kingdom. It's now part of Holy Roman Empire and those lords are my vassals. But there is a problem. After dead of my king I just lost that land. It's still part of Holy Roman Empire but I am no longer holder of the Hungary King title. I just don't know why? I struggled for hours to win this land and now it's gone. You may suppose I have inheritance issues where the titles are distributed to all my sons. But that is not the case. Heir of all my properties should be my youngest son.

Is there any chance to hold that title after dead of my king? I tried to claim Hungary of my main land, but after that I will lost Bohemia. If no, why is that?

I was just crazy with that game, it's amazing but if I will lost my land all the time... It's not rewarding at all.

Thank you guys for reply

Kind regards

Hm, I think we'll need some more information, since you should absolutely be able to hold that title after the death of your king. So you were at one point king of hungary? Who is the current ruler of Hungary? What is the inheritance law of Hungary? (you should be able to find that out by moving your mouse over the coat of arms of hungary once you have the current king's screen open)

I guess Hungary simply had a different inheritance law than Bohemia. If you have two kingdoms, their respective law applies to themselves in that regard.

Has to be this. Bohemia might have been on Ultimogeniture, but Hungary was on some other law. Remember each Kingdom will have it's own succession law, authority, taxation, etc.

Hello again,

thank you for quick reply. To your questions:

Yes, I was king of Hungary. I had a Casus belli so I started the war. Win and added the land to Bohemia and also Holy Empire (since I am vassal of Emperor). I changed the gavelkind to ultimogeniture years before the war. After the connection I've had this notification like: Beware, after dead of your king, you will lose those titles: King of Hungary.

Edit: I just checked. You are right. Hungary was Gavelkind. I din't know that I can and have change that separatelly. Now I am OK :)

Thank you all guys!

Kind Regars
