Can I disband an army in allied territory without losses DURING a war?
Can I disband an army in allied territory without losses AFTER a war? Or does it return to being neutral and I lose half my troops if I do that?
I thought that if either is the case, you take no losses, as long as the territory you're on is owned by you, your liege or one of their vassals (supposing you're at peace with them)

Which "arrange marriage" option? The little circular button with 2 wedding rings under the character portrait, or the wide rectangular button in the diplomatic screen, which appears together with all the other diplomatic options like "declare war", "assassinate" and "arrange betrothal"?

Both.

If you press the arrange marriage button with 2 wedding rings you are not suppose to get any options, since this is search for all men in the world that want to get married. But you should be able to marry to someone in your court. Are you sure they are in your court? Maybe they are your vassals in which case they are not in your court.

Press the arrange marriage button in your character diplomacy screen, it should show all men that are unmarried. I never had problems marrying like that, if someone was in my court they married whoever I liked, if they wanted or not.

You can disband armies without penalties at any time in allied terrirories as long as there is no enemy or hostile troops on the same territory. Also the screen for disband asks you if you are sure and tells you if units will be lost, so there is no way of lossing troops without knowing. This disbanding system can be used to your advantage if your army get defeated and retreats to your territory. If you know you can't help them, you disband when they finnish retreating, before the enemy forces chasing them arrive. You can then immedietly raise them somewhere far away and prepare them for another battle or join them with larger forces on the other side of your territory.

If I choose to assassinate someone via plot is there anyway to determine what my odds of success/being revealed are? Are those numbers determined by comparative intrigue scores?

Is the kingdom of Naples currently formable? I know it changed some way patches ago but I don't know the current rule and whether the wiki is correct. I was hoping to have it as my third title for the Italia Empire.
Anyone know of a good third king title for Tuscany 1066 start? I was thinking about grabbing Cyrus during a bizzies revolt or holy warring Africa.

Children are definitely easier to assassinate than adults. I've also been told that Rulers assassination likelihoods are harder if they have a good spymaster, which is why you're supposed to replace your own spymaster with a 0 intrigue spymaster if you want to have someone succeed in assassinating you. However I had this one ruler who I noticed was really hard to assassinate, so I figured I'd assassinate his spymaster first (he had level 20 intrigue). But after I killed the spymaster, he still had the same assassination likelihood, so I donno.

When i looked over the map im about to upload to EU 4 i noticed that there was a nestorian province. Upon further inspection i found the Emirate of Socotra, which is a titular duchy apparently. It consists only of the island, which has two independent Baron level titles that are nestorian. Now i know that you can create titular duchies like Gotland and other republics, but ive never seen anything like this before. What is it and how do i create random duchies like this?

Its a titular duchy like Gotland. It has no land but it can be created if you hold the capital county in this case Socotra. The title is there most likely because the island was independent Nestorian area and story goes that Thomas the Apostle converted the island in AD 52 and it staid nestorian basicly the whole game time period even if it was conquered by the muslims.

As the Kingdom of Sicily I married a princess to the King of France getting an alliance.

A couple of years ago they DOW'd the HRE which was having issues (Tuscany just got independence). I honored the alliance and did...nothing. The problem is that they seem stuck at a war score of about 42. I'm not strong enough to do much to influence the outcome unless I really commit to it...I've got 6K or so troops between vassals and demense (its early and some of my provinces still have the negative for taking them from the Muslims).

I'm about to hit the 10 year mark as King of Sicily and I want to change my inheritance laws....especially since my king is in his 60s.

So...anyway I can get out of the war?

(Ninja'd so ...) As linked above, the wiki definitely lists titular duchies. The short of it: Religious titles, Gotland, Socotra, Amalfi (Republic only) for creatables. A bunch of tribal titles only in historic starts.

A question to modding republics. I want to found the hansa (trade republic) in the earliest starting date of the old gods dlc.
I tried the "founder of republic" mod, but I don't want to found the Republic of Mecklenburg.
I'm Duke of Mecklenburg and have the capital of the hansa, Lübeck, and even own the city in it directly. Can (I as) my son found it when I give him the city as first landed title?
Is there maybe the possibility of modding some decision like founding the Holy Roman Empire (under all that decision/plot stuff)?
But in what file? I only found the restoration of the Roman Empire and have no idea what to to with that.
So is there any way how I or at least my son can found the hansa?
