Can a faction still promote you as a king without your consent?
Also, as I've never as a muslim, could someone explain me in simple terms what decadence means and how it works?
Yes, you can get a letter one day saying telling you that the vassals have revolted to place you on the throne. Happened when I was playing a Byzantine vassal with an English claim. I'm sure the emperor was happy when I brought that to the Byzantines.
When do you get the "betrothed can marry" pop-up for Muslims? I have been betrothed to my future wife #2 since she was 14. She's 17 now and I haven't gotten the message about being able to marry.
Should your heir change when you change your primary title? I'm playing as King of Galicia, agnatic-cognatic primogeniture, kingdom inherited from mother who married a distant Jimena cousin. I created the title Kingdom of Portugal and made it my primary title, and now my heir is my father, and on my death my sister gets the Kingdom of Galicia plus two Galician counties, and I get a title loss on succession icon.
Is this WAD? Seems really odd to me.
ok, changed that, converted. Why isnt the samrat chakravin not in the intrigue tab? dont tell me you need to be indian for it....
Im running in ironman mode. I want to form the kingdom of Italy. But it says I have to be Christian. Im currently Hindu, is there a way around this?
# Creation/usurpation trigger
allow = {
hidden_tooltip = {
OR = {
ai = no
religion_group = christian
}
}
}
Im running the beta patch. Come to think of it, Im also running the HIP mod. Not sure if that has something to do with it. But Im pretty sure even in vanilla you have to be a certain religion sometimes to form a kingdom.You don't have to be Christian
Code:# Creation/usurpation trigger allow = { hidden_tooltip = { OR = { ai = no religion_group = christian } } }
unless you're playing a different version to me (that code is from 2.1.5.6). Which patch are you on?

Virtually all the religious and cultural requirements were removed in a recent patch, back in 2.0. Except for (IIRC) k_jerusalem.
Please state when asking if you are using a mod, since as far as I can tell HIP changes virtually everything about the game.
