Do Short-Reign/Long-Reign calculations use the date a child assumes the title or is he only considered to be "Reigning" after he becomes an adult?
Is the Short-Reign/Long-Reign modifier tied to the Title itself, the land the title applies, or to the specific lifespan of vassals? For instance, I note that I have vassals in the HRE with different Short-Reign/Long-Reign numbers. Is it because a previous vassal died so the Reign clock starts over? Is it because of my Kingdom of Fresia title, which I assumed earlier than my Emperor title? Or is it because I acquired some territories later through conquest/inheritance?
