I played Magyars and founded Hungary, moving my capital to Pest. Then reconquered Moldau and Wallachia to found the Carpathian Empire. Here I'm facing the most strange situation. My son and heir, wwith the Empire, inherits the (very small) Kingdom of Wallachia, whereas my second son inherits my main kingdom of Hungary... Pest is in de jure Hungary, so I thought my heir would inherit Hungary. How can I make this happen ?
How about creating other kingdoms ? Would it change the inheritance ? (I can invade Croatia or Serbia)Assassins....
Out of context this is incredibly disturbing.Someone solved the problem for me by murdering my second son![]()
How do I get the last remaining county in my Duchy? The plot to revoke that holders county isn't available nor is it possible to revoke the county from him? I have an extra demesne slot and i'd like his county![]()
Does your character have the Content trait? If so the Revoke County (and most other) plots won't be available.
In elections, what determines which way a duke will vote and how can I steer them towards voting for my target? I have 100 relations with one particular duke, yet he still is voting for another guy which could lose me the title.
Is he of a different culture? Because I've found that it's nigh impossible to get someone to vote for someone of a different culture.
I don't get what the vassal titles can't go outside the realm. Can someone give an explicit example?
One of my Reformed Pagan Counts (Chief) declared a Holy War against the Petty Kingdom of Finland (Duchy). What happens if he wins? When I've done these Holy Wars I've been King so I get vassals out of it but that can't be in this case. Does he just outright get the counties?
I think I messed up. I'd raised a Superlord(Had both Strong and Quick traits on him along with great stats). He was the brother of my current Duke(me) and I'd named him my heir. Thinking back a few generations when one of my brothers assassinated the current Duke because he didn't give him a Landed Title, I gave my current brother a Barony(a city) and suddenly he's no longer my heir! He's now the mayor of the town and guess that means he's out of the running. Fortunately, he's got a son that also has Strong and Quick. Will I be able to nominate his son as my heir? Or am I completely borked here?
This thread.
It takes who would otherwise be the heir to the county and boots him down the line of succession.
Ahh I see thanks very much!
Also, I just got an event with the possibility of gaining the ambitious trait. The stats on it are great but do my vassals get -50 opinion of ME?
