I'm currently the emperor of Rajastan. The heir to the independent Kingdom of Kham is in my court and of my dynasty. He's the grandson of someone I pressed a claim for while back when I was king, so the kingdom went independent. I matri-married him first into my dynasty, however, so the current holder and his heir, who's somehow in my court, are of my dynasty.
How can I inherit this kingdom into my realm? If I only give the heir a barony, he'll still become independent when he inherits the kingdom, right, because it's a higher tier title. What happens if I grant him a titular viceroyalty kingdom? Then Kham should come into my realm on succession correct? Are there any issues with viceroyalties or the titular title in this case, like it converting to an hereditary title or de-jure problems?
