They just want you to agree to vote with them on any issue that gets put up for voting for a period of time, I forget how long. You can guess how they will vote on various issues by looking at their council attitude (zealot, glory hound, etc.)
Ah, ok. Assumed they were badgering me about specific votes. Cheers. They just want you to agree to vote with them on any issue that gets put up for voting for a period of time, I forget how long.
It will not disqualify your grandsonDoes giving my son a temple holding also remove his child from succession? I don't like my son's stats and I want my brother to inherit but a son and a grandson are before him. Playing as a baby would be worse so I need to know if giving my son a temple will put his son next in line or will it cut off his whole line?
Well then. I guess that baby is getting murdered. It will not disqualify your grandson
When you have no heir of your dynasty and you die, it's Game Over. The game doesn't tell you the reasons, it may be because an infected wound, stressed, Maimed cripple or an assassination plot you never saw coming; the game just ends.Forgive me if this is the wrong place to post; I'm new to the forums...
Is there some sort of new loss condition? I can't make it past two characters before I summarily lose, even with an heir, for no apparent reason. My character doesn't die, my title hasn't been revoked (or, at least, if either of these are happening, I'm not being informed before receiving the screen telling me that it's game over). All I see is that I've faded into obscurity. This is my favorite game, I'm excited for all the new stuff, but something is making it unplayable.

What does the game over screen say? Usually it tells you what happened.
It's just looks like a fantasy pack.
One of my favorite ones. Spices game up in many ways. But definitely not necessary. If you like Mongol-type invasion from different part of world - give it a try, if you are not amused by fighting 150k non-attrition doomstack - skip it.Hi, I'm still curios about Sunset Invasion expansion pack. Is this expansion really necessary? Honestly, I don't think that I will buy this expansion, I read its notes and didn't found any useful thing to improve the main game. It's just looks like a fantasy pack.![]()
Only the Indian holy orders changed as the Hindu one was crazy strong. Everything else is as before:Playing Abyssinia and I could use holy order, how can I form Order of St. Anthony nowadays?
I think it changed in this patch, like Indian holy orders, but well, not sure.
It doesn't only look like it. It is a fantasy pack.
So no, not necessary.
That was build on the original DLC policy.
Specific content that is completely optional,......then that policy sadly changed.

Soo, now CK2 is closing in to it's end of dev. but I forgot how many DLC were left. Do anyone know how many dlc are left? I think it's 1 on top off my head, but that could very well be wrong.
If they ever get at that point, they will end it no matter what. And then go for CK3 (or another game) which can provide better sales. A ck3 would also be newer, and alot of new content could be added = more money AND better company repatution. From a buisness point of view, that is the way to go. (In my opinion at least)Johan said in a post (it was confimed later) in the EU4 forum that as long as people buy DLCs they will release them and specifically mentioned
CK2 and another game besides EU4. Of course that implies a certain level of sales.
You might get a "Golden Buttons", "Better Bottoms", "Diamant Shortcuts", "Facebook link" DLCs at one point, but they' ll still release something....
