A couple more stabs in the dark

1) is she pregnant?

2) are you independent?
None of them have been pregnant, and I have previously been able to take pregnant concubines as my own aswell.

And it appears to be directly linked to them being a concubine, as when I killed one of their "husbands" I could take her as a concubine. Also, I was mistaken previously, there is a tooltip on the greyed out yes, it says "Is allowed to be taken concubine" or something like that, with an "x".

Last wild guess I have...

Is she closely related to you? This may require opening the console and turning on charinfo to see who her real parents are).

I'm pretty sure you can't take your (half)-sister as a concubine and with seduction focus...

Question: Is it normal to get the tyrant-opinion-malus for rightfully trying to imprison someone who is plotting to kill someone if he is eskaping, or is this a Bug (using the KMAG Beta)? in the description it says you can do so without the opinion-modifyer.

Has this something to do if the imprisonment succeeded or not? It said in the option to imprison this would not invoce the malus. But it did.

Based on this i assume the plot was properly revealed.
In that case..
Did you have the option checked to auto-end plots ?
If so, the request to stop was probably already send or the plot actually ended before you imprisoned him/her.

I have a hard time believing someone from the other side of the world is closely related to my character. And even harder time believing that about 10 different concubines from around the world are all related to me.
Also, you can take your own granddaughter as a concubine.... don't think you can take a half-sister as concubine though or marry either of them. (Unless zoroastrian ofcourse.)

I tried to imprison him. It did not succeed.
It said i could do this without any tyranny-malus, but the description lied, i got the malus.

Just to make sure, you got -40 opinion due to tyranny with everyone, right? Not just the person you tried to imprison? That does sound wrong and like a bug, unless what Aardvark Bellay described actually happened.

Their opinion of the patient matters a lot, but I don't think there is, like, an event that court physicians get about how they want to treat you, just a flat chance that they will screw it up.

For what reason might vassals become independent?

The only thing I can think of is that they we're non de-jure vassals and I died in the middle of a faction war against my liege. But at the same time one of these non de-jure vassals didn't go independent like the rest, though he was also partially under the control of a secondary duchy of mine, but so was another vassal who did go independent.
Though the one who didn't might have had his capital in that duchy, I can't remember as I revoked his titles just now before noticing that all my vassals were independent.

I found what caused the trouble!
It was the councill that did not approve of the imprisonment and thus gave a -10 penalty, but not a -40.
I was confused and somehow forgot that the coundcil could have something to say with an imprisonment.
Thanks @all.

Were you over your vassal limit?
No, I was at 6 out of 16. Also I think it might just be a bug actually, since when looking to declare war on one of them it says that he is revolting against his liege, but he's not. So maybe the game thinks he's still revolting against the person I was revolting against before or something? And so removed them from me or whatever.

EDIT: Now that I look at it they appear to have become independent when I enforced demands and not when I died before that, so it definetly seems like a bug now. It was a revolt for seniority succession btw.

Also, at the same time, are people not supposed to always accept marriages that had bethrodals before them? One of the people who I had betrothed off is now a leper apparently and they don't want him anymore because of that.

Bethrodals can be broken, though the AI rarely does it. I'd say leprosy is a no-brainer though, they should break a bethrodal over that.
Makes sense.

Also I reloaded since I was lucky to have this happen only 8 months after an autosave and nothing much happened in those eight months, and now they are stiill my vassals like they should be.

So the pope just called a crusade for Aquitaine, and because the kingdom is already controlled by a tiny christian king, he will recieve it, but I thougth in a moment of genius that I would press one of my courtiers claims on Aquitaine who was also matri-married to my dynasty member. But when I ended the war he didn't recieve anything.

Is it supposed to work like this?

Courtiers whose claims you press only become your vassals if they are of your dynasty and you press a claim on a title that has a lower rank than you have.

For other courtiers you have to land them first before you press their claim and again you can only press a claim to a title that has a lower rank than you or else they'll become independent and take whatever title you gave them to land them.

Almost but not quite...

Assuming the title you press a claim for is lower rank than your current primary title, the claimant becomes your vassal if either:

a) they are of your dynasty
b) the title is a de jure part of your realm

(if they are already a landed vassal they will remain that way unless the title claimed is equivalent or higher than your primary)

Oh right, I forgot about the de jure possibility. In my defense it's a very rare case. In my 1500 hours of playing the game I actually don't remember a single case where I pressed such a claim.
