Sure you can like like any with any religion, go into the religion tab and hover your mouse over the number shown there at the top..
The tooltip will list all factors.

edit: Oops, i misunderstood.
Noone can see factors for other religions indeed.
All you can do is load as or console change to one character of that religion, assuming you are not in ironman.
Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Can I request a Zorasterian Great Holy War from the High Priest after reestablishing the high priesthood? if so how do I do it?
The restrictions and way is the same as for Crusade/Jihad, aside from the fact you don't have to wait until the 1100s and can do it them moment you restored the High Priesthood, just right click the eligible ruler you want as target and select it.

For whatever reason, I didn't have the option but fortunately the high priest declared it on his own. it happened within 10 minutes of posting this question.

According to the wiki the requirements for it to show for you are
  • At peace
  • Not at war with religious head
  • Not a vassal of target realm
  • No truce with target realm
  • Can spend 500 piety
Not sure they are still these ones since it shows as outdated and I couldn't find the decision in the game files but it probably didn't change much if at all.

Hi, just bought Conclave, so I'm confused by some things. So, what laws do I have to change in order to allow title revocation, and how do I get my council to vote on things?

Title revocation law options (first for traitors and claims, I think, and later for religious deviants as well) should be available in the Realm section of the Law tab. You should be able to call your council to vote on any law change for which you meet the tech and law precedent requirements by clicking the option you want to switch towards, iirc the same as ever. You'll get a preview of which way, if any, each member of your council is leaning towards on the issue just before you actually call the vote.

[strike]Just wondering why a khan would allow me, a fellow vassal under a great khan- only a tribal count with a dynasty prestige of 5- to marry his 22 year old trueborn daughter. She has 60% fertility, good traits. 0-15-13-12-8, a brilliant strategist herself. While his other trueborn sickly 2 year old daughter is off limits unless I press for a favor? When i check the reasoning the malus "prestige effects" is what is preventing this match from happening, as his opinion of me exceeds the base reluctance well enough. But if prestige were a concern why allow me to marry his older daughter?[/strike]

edit: oops looks like he cancelled the match. no idea why. In that case can anyone tell me:

1. how to get around the "higher tier" malus? I cant invite any worthwhile people to court

2. Whether I can switch to nomad government from tribal? Ive seen someone answer the question thats its achievable by having your heir educated by nomad, but that prompt doesnt come up suggesting an education, only culture. The other suggestion was to change a nomad county into your capital like religion, but I cant seem to do that either. Only console command?

0. Because he is getting more desperate for the older daughter, or there are some other modifiers (e.g. is she sick?), but that still might not be enough in all cases.
1. Marrying someone more your level or using a favor. You can always invite a debutante if no other person exists to marry.
2. Nomads can settle as tribals if they occupy tribal lands, just as they can settle as a merchant prince with coastal cities, or a feudal lord with a castle type holding. Like any "settling" decision, you lose your nomad government and everything that comes with it, as well as your nomad lands.
3. No. Zunists do not have female temple holders nor chaplains. All other pagans besides Zunists and Aztecs can, as can Messalian and Cathar heresies. I think that's it.
4. As a nomad, you should absolutely hold as many zero-holding counties. The more EMPTY slots, the better, so hold the ones that have the most empty holdings. As a nomad, you should pretty much strive to have nothing but big empty holdings and MAYBE a temple or two held by a vassal in a holy site region.

Appreciate the reply.
1. Isnt Khan a king tier level though? Why are courtiers responding to my invitation with a 'higher tier' malus? They arent even landed. Some are councilors but it should be possible to bypass, given im a king tier khan. With 'higher tier' there is no other malus or plus, not even opinion is considered.
2. Ah, no way from nomad though. I ended up using command console.
3. Are you sure? The wiki says its Tengri and Aztecs only. Search Tengri the sentence will show up, only one keyword. http://www.ckiiwiki.com/Council
4. Thats pretty crazy since theres no demense limit Im gonna steamroll everything awesome.

1. Screen shot? It may be something related to being Khan, but I don't know off hand.
2. Ummm... no, only FROM nomad. If you are NOMAD, you can settle if you have taken over settled lands. That is, you can transition FROM Nomad and switch TO anything (tribal included). You cannot go FROM anything TO Nomad.
3. You misread. It says those two are NOT able. I believe Zunist should be included, but some people talk about Zunist like it is not regular Pagan (as it has other rule exemptions too).
4. Definitely possible, Nomads are seriously strong, but you'll still have to deal with the other tribes, and if you become Khagan, you have to divvy up land...

1. Maybe its CK2+ related. Unless councilors are really off limits for nomads. heres a pic https://a.pomf.cat/lgnslr.png
2. Right
3. Yeah thats what im saying. Seeing as how I didnt see Zunist mentioned among tengri and Aztecs I assumed it was possible. The wiki might just be out of date since Tengris werent added til TOG, pretty sure Zunist are Charl so that would be a year after? Disappointing if they really cant
4. Good stuff

He is in a higher-tier court: currently he serves an emperor, and you're just a king. (I'm not sure if this is from Plus or not since I also play it. It's not nomad-specific though.)

It's in CK2 (no+) as well, though it may not get applied in exactly the same ways.

They really can't. The CK2 wiki page on religion is more complete on this.

Question: Can/will AI vassal kings form a de jure empire if they hold the 80% of it required and thereby become independent?
You cannot form a title the same level as your liege. Either you go independent or usurp his.
