You child's intrigue determines plot power. Your state intrigue determines chance of discovering the plot. Once the plot is discovered the option will appear.

I'm on the Game of Thrones mod but I couldn't find a sub-forum (if there is one) so thought I'd just post these noob questions here...
1) I'm playing as Jon Umber (Lord Paramount of the North), one of my vassals (Jon Reed, Lord of the Neck) has a strong claim on the Lordship of Crow's Barren (a small place in the Vale). I was wondering, if I press Jon Reed's claim and declare war on the Vale - will Crow's Barren become a part of the North? Or will it just be more land for Jon Reed?
2) Lady Rowena of the Neck (Jon's wife) has a claim on the High Lordship of Eastweald (also in the Vale) - again, if I press her claim would Eastweald become a part of the Kingdom of the North?
3) Finall one, this time Lady Yvonne of White Harbour has a claim on the Lordship of Heart's Home (another place in the Vale), same question - if I press the claim would Heart's Home come under my Kingdom?
Thanks![]()

It says that my "Council is Discontent," but I don't see anything amiss when look at them. What's the issue here?
How do I placate them?Discontent is not related to opinion. Discontent happens if you went against their will or on succession. It means they are not properly reigned in, under your thumb, and can behave in an unruly manner (i.e. join factions)
Hello everyone, where can i change de jure dutches drifting time? In original and CKplus modes? Was doing this before, but cant find this file now.
I purchased a favor from a council member then had them vote my way in a law change. But now that the vote is over and I got what I needed I went back and see the following message on two of council members example text: "Bishop Ivan is returning a favor to King Jeff. This active favor expires in 36 months"
Does this mean he will be able to suggest a law change and I'll be forced to vote or go along with it? If not, does he still owe me another favor for some reason? I see no option to have him vote for my law changes anymore. And if I did pay him and I "owe him", why did I pay him instead of just choosing "request council support". I thought paying them meant I paid them as a 1:1 payoff for supporting my law change.
He will also support you in war declaration votes and the other things that go to the council with the relevant laws enabled for 36 months.
Which seat decides the culture and religion of a county? Is it the City, Church, Main castle (county seat), or does a second barony? Or do they all? I just took over some new Counties next door via religious war and need to make sure they flip from Muslim to Catholicism. Thanks!![]()

Is there any way I can persuade my ally to join his army to mine; or am I limited to join my army to his?
Is there any way to know how many of my levy troops my liege has taken when he raises vassal levies?
Since I got Conclave, children in my court seem to be auto-assigned guardians when it's time for them to be educated. That's fine and all, especially later on when there's just so many children and it's a bother to personally assign each child a guardian, but is there away to set it to how it was before where they aren't assigned guardians until I do so manually?
Too bad. Thanks for the quick answer. No, as far as I know there isn't.
