What are the specific requirements for the nomad county conquest CB? I can't figure out why it isn't available against some of my neighbors. I can use it against any nomad neighbor and my one tribal neighbor, but it is unavailable against my feudal/iqta neighbors (though I was able to use it once against a feudal neighbor.

I won a holy war for Baghdad ended up with 20 odd prisoners. Being the cruel Roman Emperor I gave them all to the executioner. I ended up with a ridiculous tyrant modifier within my own realm is this a bug?

The tool top said I would only gain a tyrant modifier with the insert muslim name here emirate.

There were some bug reports like this, but i didn't experience it yet in my own game
and yes, executing heathens shoudn't give tyranny with your own people.
At least that's how it used to be and is for me.

Lets say I want to play the 769 start. I am not playing tribal/Norse so I am sick to death of the micro of countering raiders every 6 weeks. If I disable the The Old Gods DLC, will it stop the AI raiding or is that a patch change? If it does disable the AI raiding, will it otherwise lock out any other features that a non tribal/Norse player will miss?

Patch feature.

The good news is, since 2.5 if you beat a raiding party, they won't come back for five years or so.

For the realm.

Isn't :
The diplomacy panel stated that the execution would incur a -10 opinion modifier with all lords of the realm of Sweden, yet afterwards, I received a "-10 tyrant" opinion modifier with all of my vassals (England, Catholic).

the same as what you experienced ?

Don't ask, everyone will advise you different one.
In general I wouldn't touch conclave, if you like conquest and nomads go for HL, if you like to roleplay go for WoL.

1- Should I bother with centralization higher than medium? I'm not quite sure how high my number of direct vassals may rise and that makes the vassal limit penalties sound quite scary.
2- How bad is it to be over demesne limit? I'm currently sitting on 12/6 titles and I'd really want to keep them until there are enough men of my dynasty to receive them.
3- Does opinion have any bearing on pregnancy chance? My new character is a damn cheater and his genius wife is not happy about it.
4- Regardless of the above, is there any way to get rid of the malus from adulterer/suspected adulterer or are they forever?

2 quick questions:

1: Where can I find this new fangled 'next music track' feature?

At the bottom right there is the menu for the game options, ledger, titels, etc.
There at it's left sligtly above at the corner of the mini map is a small icon with two arrows. That's it.

2: I can only afford to buy one of the following: WoL, HL, or Conclave - which would you suggest?

As you play ERE, i'd say Conclave as it, as its features probably come closer to the bureaucrazy and powerstruggles as it was than it is like in vanilla.
Else i'd say HL for tributaires.
Others will prefer the features of WoL....

As Szmik said, don't even ask. ;)

1) OOPs (edit : read Crown authority and answered appropriately...), sorry
New anser: tax your vassals (yes , also your feudal lords ) into space and don't worry qbout a small demesne, so.. keep more vassals...I don't have Conclave though...
2) Pretty. Reduces taxes pretty much, gives opinion maluses iwth vassals and all... as the tooltip should say. Depends.
3) No, not in general. As far as i know. Well, actually can, it's.......If they like each other enough (~75 i think) they have a really good
chance to fall in love and that increases the chance to pregnancy, but else..no.
4) No idea sorry.
