I'm running a Windows 7 laptop (trackpad only, no peripheral mouse) and I just purchased and installed Crusader Kings II through Steam today. When I launch the game my cursor disappears from the screen and I can't figure out how to make it come back. After searching some other forums I've tried the tricks of ALT+TAB to another window and back again without success. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times to no avail. I'm running the latest patch (1.06b). Can anyone help me? After hearing about how awesome this game is supposed to be from my friends, I was really disappointed to not be able to play it. Everything appears to working except for the graphical representation of the cursor. I can actually click on stuff in the game, but since the cursor is invisible it makes it really difficult to aim where to click (so far I've only managed to select a language and click on the "single player" button.....that all took me about five minutes)
