I can see that we will run out of id's for SWMH, can I ask for an extra set of ranges? We will probably need 3000 extra characters and 3000 extra dynasties

How do I interpret the Numbers?

The numbers are there to make sure that a mod is and stays compatible with other mods and the vanilla game. So that if you make a mod, don't use numbers that are in another mod or in the vanilla-game.

I actually need two more blocks just in case for Dynasties.

Since you are making a total conversion mod, you don't really need these blocks, you can use your own id's.

These ranges are only needed if you want to add characters, events, dynasties, to the existing vanilla game. Your mod won't use any of the existing characters/dyansties.
