The fourth decimal is reserved for beta patches, though why they didn't use them for the most recent beta, I have no idea.

Has anyone else did an Old Gods start where the Magyars never declare war, ever?

Yeah they did that, won, then NEVER declared another war. They are like at 40k pop now with a 42k max pop

ADDED: I think the Magyars and Byzantine Empire are doing a Mexican Standoff in my game... for a hundred years...

Sounds historically correct if just a little earlier than in the OTL.

The ai not utilizing its event troops is a continuous concern. There are a couple of people documenting the Mongol event and its aftermath in the latest deployment to see if the changes with settling are improving the situation there ... maybe a few more people could document the Magyars in the Old Golds to help the devs once they are back from this particular vacation.

Oh, I didn't even realize they were on a vacation.
I guess that explains not getting any new beta patchs despite this kind of stuff...

Then it's not related to the fix we made. If you have a specific save that is freezing, be sure to post a bug report with the save in the Bug Reports forum. Otherwise, try Tech Support.
