where do i download this patch?

From the launcher (i was used to click on the link appearing there) it tells me that my game is "up do date", but well ingame the version is "2.0.2"

You dont need to select this patch. Its the official game version.

You only need to opt for betas.

Paradox developers have shown themselves to be trustworthy. So there were bugs in the new DLC, and you can't use the converter, they will fix it eventually! Trust them for a little while and stop going ape shit! This isn't the end of the world, and they have earn themselves a little bit of patience from you people. For all you know, they are being rushed by their bosses to release the DLCs sooner rather than later!

I agree. After all, it took Paradox only 7 months to release first patch to broken EU3 DW.

And then they changed their entire policies of QA etc following the disaster of Gettysburg. Things are very different now.

Then go to steam and revert to the last stable version of the game and play?

So I assume that there will be no more patching of the game until Way of Life is out, even though there are still major bugs and a busted converter that are unfixed? This is just like after RoI released and only half patched until CM came out months later, slow down on content release that re-breaks the game at least until you fix the last major release. At this point I'm tempted to just roll back to pre-ROI when the game actually worked, and not buy anymore DLC (until the well reviewed Art of War) until the stuff I've already paid for is working. When your product has been broken most for most of of the year I have to assume that this process of broken DLC-half fix the game-stop all patching until new DLC is released that breaks the game again cycle will continue.

The QA process for CK in 2014 has been nothing less than a disgrace. I don't know what's responsible, probably a lack of manpower, but until this game works I'm ignoring the Paradox pages on Steam.

That does bring me some hope, that we finally get a stable patch and awesome new content (I haven't been this excited for a CK2 DLC since ToG, Way of Life sounds amazing if it's done right) that, with some help from an expanded pool of testers, won't launch with every single feature broken.

Paradox doesn't typically make betas of non-stable patches when new stable(r) patches are released, so if he didn't save 2.2 somewhere before 2.2.1 was auto-updated by Steam, then no.

Ah i forgot that.. I just do it by default if I get a good game going, but then again I got more space on my comp than I know what to do with...

Having issue suddenly out of the blue to even start the game I have to delete all the gfx folder all the time. So went in and tried to fix the flaga in main.

Some country is missing a flag.tga of the main source. All my modded landtitles have new flag.tga

But am getting bumped with +1/+2 on the titular emperor titles. (not getting the venice flag like it should)

Also game is altering my landtitles and other stuff without permission.
Notepad++ saves revert those long work. But why is the program altering my files?
Look am not playing multiplayer and neither do I want steam report sent, but it keep sending them >.<
also autosave to cloud is by base on again. Why I have clouds disabled.

I been playing games for quite some time now, in general when I buy a product it is in good belief that it works. There have not been a stable version for CM so far. They should use the money the fans put in to finish up before dumping it on the market. This is very common in the industry, but it does not mean its good. Actually the only ones suffering is the very same they rely on to have a job, so go figure why they try so hard to piss us off. I rather wait and play a working product rather than being a "beta" tester for full price. And do not give me the, well you could always wait. This is not on me, but them. When you "release" a product, its suppose to work out of the box. Again, sadly this is as far you could get from the truth these day.

Earlier they complained allot on us for piracy, well now that problem is almost gone. And how are they spending the massive wealth that streaming into the market? Just by doing this? Fast-push stuff over us and expect us to just take it. It is really sad and there are almost no one left in this industry who are not in it for the money. Where is the dignity in that?

My rant is obviously not towards devs, programmer or so on. This game is good and probably one of my favorites! That is why it pisses me off when they release stuff I cannot play, they should wait. But it is all about the money.
