Why did they remove excommunicated from the Ruler Designer? Seriously, why keep on nerfing something like that? Thats really only an exploit for characters that have control over their religious leader, like a Caliph, or the Byzantine Emperor.

If you're going to fix it more, there is no reason for aggressive leader to have -20 cost![]()
No but seriously, some traits were really wacky and way off so we decided to clean up in the designer. It really needed to get dusted off.
It's pretty silly the fact that you can add Excommunicated with a religion where it makes no sense, like Norse. You still get the penalties, other Norse characters can declare excommunication wars on you, and it's impossible to remove. It's funny, but probably shouldn't be allowed. Why did they remove excommunicated from the Ruler Designer? Seriously, why keep on nerfing something like that? Does somebody know if the landed_titles.txt was changed at all (sometimes it is even if it does not show up in the changelog, even for minor patches). Steam has updated to 2.1.3 without that I had the time to "save" the old files in order to check the changes. I need to know it in order to keep my mod changing consistently.
Thanks. I assume they did not touch dynasties, cultures, events and decisions either (usually they don't for minor patches where landed_titles is unaffected). No changes between 2.1.2 and 2.1.3 in landed_titles.
