Crusader Kings 2 Will Not Start

Everytime I load up the game, the game launcher loads up and I select the option to "Start CKII" and then the following message displays:

"Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.

The system cannot find teh file specified."

Under Details:

If I click continue it just goes back to the game launcher. Quit obviously closes the application.

Any help would be appreciated.
