Crusader kings 2 is not counting points(STEAM)

I have bought game Crusader Kings 2 in Steam Store. After game start regardless scenario chosen game is not countin points - the score is still 0. I have reinstalled game (I even deleted game folder in steamapps and folder in my documents ) than did not help.
Could you help me please. ver 1.111 - from steam.

The score does not change until your current ruler dies, then his rule is evaluated and added to the score. So if no-one has yet died, this is WaD.
