Maybe that's the sly strategy of Paradox: make people frustrated enough with waiting on Steam release, that they'd go and spend another 30 pounds elsewhere just to get the game sooner :wacko:

It's actually because of US that we have said issue.

Most steam games unlock at 6pm GMT, it has been like that for a long time because steam HQ is in US so they unlock in the morning for them, you shouldn't really be surprised.
