Crusade for Jerusalem: WAD or Glitch?

The damn Frenchies won a crusade for Jerusalem, and then promptly started getting kicked around. They had three counties left when the pope called a new crusade, which I won handily. Imagine my surprise when the pope congratulated me for winning the crusade and then handing it to the Damned French.

So, is this a glitch or WAD? Was the important detail that the French still had 3 counties, or did the French still have the crown of Jerusalem when the crusade was called (I'm not sure this is true but seems it could be an important detail to watch for next time)?

Yup, WAD. If a Catholic still holds the kingdom title, a Crusade will give him all the land regardless of contribution.

Read the description in the Crusade-menu (where the contributions are listed). It says right there that the original title holder will gain the counties
