O.K. so, here are the leaders, I used only 4 of them I found most importante (discussable), and their stats are not too high, we don't want to make Croatia too powerful, now do we? I'm not expirienced in scripting, so please check it, and also, I'm not so sure what is the manifestation of "rank" in the game (my guess is that the highest ranking officer takes controll of a siege), so I put 1 in every place, and id's are blank so you guys could fill it up, becouse I don't know your sistem of appointing id's.

Cool. Do you have a thumbnail for each of their careers? These seem easy to add and use.

Do I have a what? If you mean like things they did, who they fought and such, yes I do.

Looks good, the stats are fine. What were they doing these leaders? Might give a hint. The ranks are:

0 Field Marshal
1 General
2 Lt. General
3 Maj. General
>4 Brigadier

I fix the ID:s later.

O.K. I'll look it up, but I know for sure most of them were "bans", which is like a viceroy or something, I saw that this has already been discussed. Yes, and one more thing, the last leader, Petar Zrinski, should be killed with the "Zrinsko-Frankopan conspiracy" event, as he and some other nobels were executed in Wiener Neuerstadt.

I'd give all the bans rank 0. Not quite monarchs, but only just below that.

It is a pain to kill a leader by event. It can be done, but it's a pain. Check Gilles de Rai.

Okay, here goes: Petar Kruzic was a caiptain, and a knez, so I guess rank = 0, and all the other are bans so the ranks stay 1.

EDIT: Sorry, a bit late.

Whait a minute, the lower the rank the better? than those three (Berislavic, Subic-Zrinski and Zrinski) should have ranks 0 or 1, and Kruzic 4.

Okay, than will make it on the same date, I used Zrinski's deathdate a day he was executed, I dunno at what time does the event occur.

Okay, here are the leaders with accurate ranks:

}
historicalleader = {
id = { type = 6 id = ? }
category = general
name = "Petar Berislavic"
startdate = {
year = 1512
}
deathdate = {
day = 20
month = may
year = 1520
}
rank = 0
movement = 3
fire = 3
shock = 4
siege = 0
}

historicalleader = {
id = { type = 6 id = ? }
category = general
name = "Petar Kruzic"
startdate = {
year = 1522
}
deathdate = {
day = 12
month = october
year = 1537
}
rank = 4
movement = 3
fire = 2
shock = 3
siege = 0
}

historicalleader = {
id = { type = 6 id = ? }
category = general
name = "Nikola Subic Zrinski"
startdate = {
year = 1540
}
deathdate = {
day = 7
month = september
year = 1566
}
rank = 0
movement = 4
fire = 3
shock = 4
siege = 0
}

historicalleader = {
id = { type = 6 id = ? }
category = general
name = "Petar Zrinski"
startdate = {
year = 1654
}
deathdate = {
day = 30
month = april
year = 1671
}
rank = 0
movement = 3
fire = 2
shock = 3
siege = 0
}

So, does it need any more work on something else?

Couple of poits to consider

I think the events following the Mohach battle don't quite reflect the situation in Croatia. First of all Croatian Parlament decided independently of Hungary which one of the pretenders to elect. Also Croatian parlament elected Habsburgs not Zapolya as (most ) Hungarinas did.
There should be an event for Croatia, were Croatia would chose between Habsburgs and the Zapolya. Habsburgs should be a favorite choice (A). If Croatia doesn’t exist at the time then the Croatia (and Krain) should be succeeded to Austria.

Another even that had a great historical importance in Croatia is the Zrinski-Frankopan conspiracy. The problem is how to write an event that would truly reflect this. Here is something that I have tried but I am not sure what is the best solution and if the event should be in the game in the first place.
This event should happen only if the Croatia is controlled by Austria.

#Zrinski-Frankopan Conspiracy

event = {
id = XXXXX
trigger = {
owned = {
province = 366
data = -1
}
owned = {
province = 367
data = -1
}
}
random = no
country = HAB
name = "Zrinski-Frankopan Conspircy"
desc = "After the Warsaw peace Austria gave back most of the re-conquered territory to the Turks. As the consequence the unhappiness of nobleman in Croatia rose dramatically. Two most influential families Zrinski and Frankopan conspired against Wiena. However their plot was discovered and they were summoned before Emperor. What we should do with them? "
style = 1

date = { day = 6 month = april year = 1650 }
offset = 300
deathdate = { day = 12 month = april year = 1750 }

action_a ={ # #
name = "Execute traitors!"
command = { type = province_revoltrisk which = 366 value = 3}
command = { type = stability which = 1 }
}

action_b ={ # #
name = "Seek peace!"
command = { type = stability which = 1 }
}
}

The last thing I want to discuss is formation of the Military Border. It is questionable if this would happen if Croatia were independent. I propose this event happens only in the case Austria controls 366 (Croatia) province.
This greatly improved defense and encourage people to settle in the Military Border, providing a bumper shield to the ‘Civil’ Croatia. Without the Border Croatia would keep depopulate and get weakened.

#Military Border
event = {
id = XXXX
trigger = {
owned = { province = 364 country = TUR }} # Bosnia
random = no
country = HAB
name = "Military Border"
desc = "With more land in Croatia freed from Turks king decided to organize Military Border. He inhibited it with people escaping from Ottoman Empire. In turn for free land and money they served as the first wall of defense, protecting Kingdom from Turkish invasion."
style = 1

date = { day = 6 month = april year = 1650 }
offset = 700
deathdate = { day = 12 month = april year = 1750 }

action_a ={ #Military border#
name = "Create it"
command = { type = provincemanpower which = 366 value = 2 }
command = { type = treasury value = -100}
command = { type = infra value = 200 }
command = { type = trade value = 200 }
command = { type = inf value = 5000 which = 366}
}

action_b ={ #Don't need it#
name = "Don't need this expense."
command = { type = provincemanpower which = 366 value = -1 }
}
}

The idea about post-Mohacs seems like a really good one. The others are nice too, but I wonder about the 'Borders' event. The two choices are pretty uneven - why would anyone choose B? Maybe the choice of A could reduce the province tax income or population due to all the cross border raiding that would ensue? Or perhaps just skip option B all together.
