If HOI is as addictive as I think it is, what's the point of releasing it after thanksgiving? I don't know about the rest of you but I was looking forward to playing HOI during thanksgiving & Xmas holiday. I ordered my copy from amazon (lying bastards told me it would come out on the 12th) now I am thinking of cancelling my order. The last thing I want is for the game to arrive just when I am getting back to work and school. That would be a disaster.

You know some countries do not celebrate Thanksgiving and some people don’t go to school…

Maybe they do in far off places like Canadia that have super short agricultural seasons, but in the rest of the world Thanksgiving is celebrated on... oh wait it's only celebrated in Canada and the US. Never mind, you hoser.:)

That's exactly what I'm worried about. Playing HOI the rest of my life! LOL. But seriously, HOI is not the kind of game you can get in, play for 30 minutes and get out. You need a good sized block of time to get serious about winning the war. It's getting close to December already.

Ah, the the sweet siren call of the warm southern climes. Too bad our Loonie (the Canadian Dollar for the uninitiated) is worthless compared to the greenback. So all I can really say in defence (notice the Canadian spelling;) ) is take off EH! :)

Damn, how dare Paradox release HoI eighteen years too late! There I was lazing around all that summer between school and university with nothing to do. Come to think of it, I didn't do much when I got to Uni either ;) . Now I've got a job and a family and hardly get time to play anything. Hardly worth them releasing it at all :p :p :p

It should hit stores next Wednesday. Being 1/4 Canadian I'm going to a hockey game that night, but I'll have Thanksgiving and plenty days after that.
