Wouldn't bet on it. If there is any lore (Which will most likely be) it'll be in the form of History files in your Private Quarters

My guess is that any responses from the procedurally generated mechwarriors you hire will be pulled from a small library of a few phrases tied to their backgrounds. "I grew up a [family class] kid on [world that shares a tag with their country of origin]..."

My phone case has Tali on it, and one of my oldest friends has secured the Tali statue for me *Squeee*

And, well, to be completely honest i actually enjoyed Andromeda (especially after the clusterf**k that was the ME3 ending). I would have loved to see where the story went with the fourth ark et al.

I'm actually legit hoping for little trophies and souvenirs in the captains quarters, a la Mass Effect (and plenty of other games).

I can't put my finger on why exactly, but I really enjoy games where as a side effect of the main game you make your 'home' change and evolve. My favorite example is Monteriggioni in AC2, where as you come back from your murder sprees you can sink your money into practical upgrades and swanky renaissance art. Adds another feeling of accomplishment.
