CREATORS OF HSR-mode!!! NEED HELP!!!

1st of all excuse my BAD ENGLISH...
2. Playing HoI2 1.06b+HSR 2.05. USSR. year 1943. Already researched Infantry'43 but still don't have "heavy div'43" brigade. Last time HD brigade was upgraded at 1939 by an event. 1941 and 1943 events didn't happen. Whats wrong??? What can I do with this trbl?
3. The same game... Occupied Italy. Make Puppet State and dissent grows at 5 points!!! Bug or not?

3. No bug its Paradox new patch, its too easy with puppets so you have to pay something

I've disolved the problem with HD Brigades, but there's another one: research of carrier tech. I've researched semi-modern carrier, but can,t produce it. Tip shows that "New model is S-M Carrier" and "S-M Carrier is now obsolete... What can i do here???

I've found an error in naval script so the problem with S-M Carrier disloved Now another question: in HSR naval tech tree most techs decrease Submarines Org and Morale. WHY??? My Subs already have 2 points of Org!!! How can they fight?!
