I want to pick the provinces of the vassals I create. I also want to be able to create any vassal that I like. Or at least I want more freedom in adding or subtracting provinces when creating vassals. And perhaps renaming vassals. I'm fond of minoritys, languages, ethnic and cultural belongings. To play EU for me is to replay history, I simply want these changes to be able to perform my brave new world. Isn't what it's all about, being Napoleon. How many vassals didn't that 'player' create!?!
I also want to be able to conquer a foreign nations capital city and recieve it in a peace agreement even if its an major power. Think for example that Sweden should be able to regain the provinces lost to Russia 1721, not a totaly irrelevant scenario, but quite impossible since the Russian capital is moved to these provinces. I can give more examples like this and I don't think these changes distort the historical relevancy too much, at least not compared to what the AI sometimes brings about - I remember how upset I was that England was able to contain supremacy of Lappland (and no other Swedish province) during a few hundred years during one of my games. And I wasn't even playing Sweden at the time. I suppose I am something of a controlfreak.
