Creating Units By Event

I know how to do it, but can I make the units have a max strength other then the default 100, or make it stary off at only 5 strength and work its way up? Or do I need to just edit the save game to accomplish that.

Easiest way would be to have dormant units which are woken by event. Look at the scenario files for the "Operation Watchtower" battle scenario. Have a look at both the event files and the scenario files to see the best way to create dormant units.

Yeah, that's always what i do when i create events. Look for a similar event and use the text.

You could experiment with these two event-commands:

type = damage_division
type = disorg_division
