On 6th July an allied flotilla has intercepted some soviet transports, which were transporting the paratroopers which attacked British Ireland. In the attack, some 10.000 soldiers died and were forced to go back to Ireland. But although it seems that was a very bad thing, the allies will cause more problems with their action to themselves as to us.

It seems ironic to be using naval transports to transport paratroopers.

World war 3 part 15

The American assault continues:
On 5th August Belfast was attacked by American forces. But lucky for me, the coast was defended by the paratroopers, which have invaded British Ireland. Toward the eight of August, the American attack reached its peak, with over 72.000 soldiers attacking the province. But they didn't manage to get any real ground and where thus forced to retreat. If the coast would be defended only by one garrison division, the land would surly fall to the allies.

If it did really suck to be a soviet soldier at any time, it did at the time of the soviet proceeding toward Kongo trough Cameroon. The terrain was hostile, the animals were hostile, the allies were hostile, it did just Sux to be there. Not to mention that allies constantly made some landings everywhere, throwing their army away.

At the same time east, the allied resistance has stiffened with more and more forces hindering the soviet advance. But strangely they didn't make up as a strong opposition as taught on the start. The best allied soldiers, which were not Americans were Canadians. Always giving their best to defend their position, but unluckily for them, they were only in very limited numbers.

Over August, the Americans made numerous landings in Accra, since the soviet army there needed quite some time to reach the province. Well it seems the allies love to throw their army away.

On 14th August the attack on Khartoum has begun. The capital of Sudan hosted the biggest allied army yet seen to date in Africa (Well except there were more at the time of siege of Accra and at the start of the invasion in Libya). They did hold their position for a whole day, but were beaten out of the city in the end (It would be so awesome if the allies made a bit less back stab attacks and send more forces to the front).

The tanks in Eritrea at that time, made an effort to cut the allies of the sea, so they would lose their supply lines. The allied army in Africa was most fully supplied by America, since UK with an total IC of 7 couldn't do it alone.

After their defeat in Khartoum, the allied army made another stand in the province Malakal, with an army of about 90.000 which was quite impressive. But the army was unorganized and in a bad shape, so they were not able to do anything decisive (Than bigger they are, then harder they fall). In the next reply we will return to South America, because operation Red alert is about to begin.

hebelecan-Yeah lol.

Deus Eversor-Yes that could be the reason. Winning unhonorably is kinda worst thing for me.

Nathan Madien-It is kinda stupid, that you cant use planes to do it.

Enewald-Stooped that.

Onwards comrade

Washington is next (a little exaggerating :D)

The ultimate tactic to conquer USA is a STR armada and amphibious landing 45 places at one time so their 3 div garrisons will go crazy and blow themselves up

World war 3 part 16

Back in South America, since the landing on the island, the Soviets gathered some million troops there to start the invasion. On 5 September the Soviets made a first try on Guyana, which was undefended as anticipated. But the landing was aborted by an Anglo-American fleet, which was covering the area. Lucky no transports were sunk.

To solve the problem the fleet headed back to the island, where they have left the transports and tried to solve the problems by them selfs. But with the American reinforcements (or better to say mass carriers), the Soviets had no real chance to do anything.

In Sudan the allies were mostly pushed out of the area. But it was always nice to see a French guy leading the battle (Spared us a lot of troubles).

Although the Soviets couldnt do much against the allied carriers, they could still kick ass of any other fleet without them, no matter what battleships there were (I just hate carriers, naval battles would be so much cooler without them).

Furtherer advances were made in Ethiopia. There is really nothing to get from this lands. But UK wont capitulate if we don't capture them.

More success has been made on the other side of Africa. The army has finally bashed trough Cameroon and was reaching the colonial heartland of France (Which was also hosting their exiled government).

To wards the end of September, an airport has been build on the island, which was occupied by the soviet army. The whole red air force has been transfered there and has immediately started with the naval bombardment of the area. Although with minimal organization they were effective. So when the soviet commander was drunken enough, he has immediately ordered that the operation Red alert shall be resumed. After quite some resistance the soviet army has larded in Georgetown on third October.

Enewald-Yes it does.

Mico94-Thanks.

hebelecan-My only chance to reach Washington is by a land crusade.

Possible, if you don't count neccesary logistic. Taking into acount that day population and size of the island, and disciounting logistics, every person (inhabitant or R Army solder) would have an area 33m x 32m.
Aprox.

I trust that the long oppressed peoples of Asia, Africa and the Americas will finally recieve their independence, once the World Revolution has wiped the foul bourgeois away?
After all, marxist-leninist lore reveals to us the neccessity of suppoprting national revolutions to twarth imperialism!

Seriously, Brazil had no real chance to ally with the Soviets in real life and Paradox's depiction Vargas as a left-wing radical is a mistake. But I can't blame you, Delex for taking advantage of Paradox's booboos. In a way their betrayal of you reminds me of how Vargas in real life sent a birthday telegram to Adolf Hitler and then shortly afterwards entered the war against the Axis.
Good luck with the completion of your mission.
Your AAR is in my opinion Stalin's real dream.

Well when the Soviets release their Brazilian puppet state, they can install Luis Carlos Prestes, the real communist. Read up on him-- a fascinating character. Delex--He's in the files but because of how the game works he might not come up if Vargas is defined as LWR. So you might have to insert him by custom event.

World war 3 part 17

Hunting session one:
After the Americans have seen that the Soviets plan an invasion, they have send a major fleet to hinder their transportation of troops. But with the massive soviet air fleet, this mission was very hard to conclude. The allied carriers were taking heavy damage by the Soviet CAS. Even the appearance of Mcmorris (AKA Laugh sack), could change the situation into allied favor.

The onslaught:
On the third October the Americans started a port strike on the island Martinique, to damage the soviet ships which were in the bay. As soon as the attack was confirmed, the whole allied air force (Some 12 squadrons) have attacked the carriers, before they could even throw off their load. In the next four hours all three carriers were sunk. The defense was led by a Swed. This may come from the reason, that the soviet commanders were fully concentrated in the Operation Red alert and had no time, or maybe just because they were all drunk, because of their recent success.

It is three months since the last interlude and because of that, I give you the situation in Africa, which is a bit messed up, in some locations as you can see.

On 8th October the Americans started another port strike with a massive carrier fleet on Gibraltar. Although the port itself took heavy damage, the ships in it remained undamaged. Thats like a second league wonder.

Hunting session two:
It was quite scary to see what kind of crap the allies brought with them. A massive quantity of carriers and battleships, just to block the island. Well luckily the soviet CAS were even in greater numbers. And in those days also the first naval bombers appeared (You will see them in hunting session three). USSR was finally able to divert some resources to build new planes.

Well in Africa the soviets pushed ahead. Djibouti was next to fall. But it was cool to see that the garrison defending it was purely French, not some messed up combination of different colonials (Which would be bad for us).

Talking about bad situations, the troops in Gambela had to attack an allied army, which was only outnumbered 1:3 during a storm. I just cant imagine how much this would Sux in real life.

Deus Eversor-You say it.

Enewald-By pirates you surly mean the capitalist scum right?

BritishImperial-Believe it or not, you could place whole humanity on such a small island (Just about the question if it is physically possible). You should maybe ask yourself, is it possible to place one million troops, 20 air squadrons and a fleet on an island, which has an mountain in the middle and is about 1000 square kilometer big.

4th Dimension-You forgot to mention the planes and the space for an airport.

Nehekara-Right...

nomonhan-Thanks for your comment (Stalins dream was to create the Eurasian communist empire, im exaggerating this). About Brazil, well Mexico would also have to be left wing radical, if we take everything so correctly.

nomonhan(2)-I will see about that, but lets first get Brazil communized.

what? i dont think its physically possible to get 6.5 billion people on martinique... i dont really understand what you're trying to say.
