I'm playing as Charles III in 865 scenario, i wanted to create France, but everytime my grandsons time has come to rule the kingdom of West Francia and Aquitaine that had been united always separated again. How do I keep the title Kingdom of Aquitaine from passing to one of my sons ? From what i know destroying the title would not help, not that I could do it because my succession law is gavelkind. Any suggestion guys ?

Pretty much you have two options- either change your succession law to something that allows everything to go to one heir such as primogeniture or seniority or alternatively you try to have only a single son to avoid the split (whether this be through only having bastards and legitimizing one or executing/disinheriting all the others).

I have to say that that would be difficult because my son already had 2 son. As far as i know you can't kill your children. Is it possible then to make the Kingdom of Aquitaine title into a titular title ?

I believe i read somewhere that a dev said they had some sort of solution to the Aquitaine issue, and it would be in the next patch coming with the next DLC.

IIRC it's only about AI behaviour regarding creating the title, so it won't change the 867 scenario in any way, only the 1066 one (which is the one the people actually do have problems with).
