I'm currently working on a mod which involves a teraforming anomaly- similar to the "Teraforming Mars" one, but for a different planet type.

First question- is this even doable? I confess, I don't know much about Stellaris coding, and I don't want to spend hours trying something that can't be done.

Second, what files will I need to create versions of?

Third- and completely unrelated to the title- how do I get a planet background picture to show up? I'm just trying to use a copy of a stock one.
