Creating a new country.

Hi.
When i create a new country and try to play, loading froze in ~70-80% (Scenario loading) with no error.
ive done everything that i read on hoi2 wiki faq "Global modding", but its still frozing. What may lead that problem?

Nope, i only use notepad.

Sad to say it could be anything--.inc files are the easiest to mess up in HoI in my experience. Could be an extra "}" or anything at all really.

Sorry to say I can't tell for sure without more info.

Does anybody know if when you use the editor, modding files in the database, doesn't work? I ask because I changed province ownership for some provinces and made Ireland part of the allies on the editor and now anything I change in the files doesn't work. I'm confused, can someone please help me out?

Without getting too technical, the editor is a total piece of shit that corrupts vanilla game files. Only a total reinstall of the game will fix it.

For different problem - different thread.
For me, when i use editor game crashing only when i changing land installation level. For any other thing it works. I even corrected my problem with new country when i done some things in editor. I changed ownership of some Spain provinces but its still works. Now i need to edit some graphics...

Sorry about posting it here, I'm a noob and unsure of where to post, but I tried adding naval units and victory points in the documents for the scenario, and it doesn't change. And also I moved Cork's port position and it refuses to move. I don't know what to do about it.

Just create another thread - so your question will read more people. i began modding a few day ago and don't know much about this.
