Me again unfortunately. I'm trying to create a new cb type. I got it set up or so I thought but everytime start the game once the cb pops up as it should and I go to declare war the ribbon thing you click on is blank and even clicking it does nothing and says I am without a cb type. I've looked all over localization but not seeing where could be wrong I got the description and everything set up there. What am I missing?

Okay I'm an idiot again single missing bracket strikes again. Sorry for cluttering up the place. If there's a way to delete I will. I really need to pay closer attention to my brackets.
